For guests there is a half bath in the hall, when entering the house.
A very open living-kitchen-dining room opens up one’s you enter the house. On your left-hand side, you will find the beautiful open kitchen with bar, and all the amenities. Behind the kitchen there is a 3rd room, which potentially could be used as a 3rd bedroom, with lots of extra storage space.
It is amazing how much space the dining and living area have to offer. A huge plus is that all are on the same level. From the dining area sliding doors lead you to the huge covered patio and large back yard with great views.
